These Terms and Conditions govern your use of pkalk and all services provided on this platform. By registering or placing any bet, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms in full.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and pkalk ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of all products, services, games, and promotional offers available through pkalk. These Terms apply to all users in Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction in which pkalk is accessible.
By creating an account, logging in, or placing a bet on pkalk, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional rules, policies, and guidelines referenced herein. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use pkalk.

2. Eligibility
To register and use pkalk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any feature of the platform, including free or demo modes.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person or a corporate entity is prohibited without express written permission from pkalk.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Any misrepresentation at registration may result in immediate account suspension.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a pkalk employee or contractor where such use would create a conflict of interest.
- You must not have a self-exclusion order active on your pkalk account, whether applied voluntarily by you or by pkalk's responsible gaming team.
pkalk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Where pkalk has reasonable grounds to suspect that an eligibility criterion is not met, the account may be suspended pending review. Any funds held in a suspended account will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
3. Account Registration and Management
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active pkalk account at any time. If pkalk detects multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified by matching mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or other identifying information — all duplicate accounts may be suspended and any associated balances or bonus funds forfeited. The primary account may be reinstated following a review at pkalk's discretion.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkalk login credentials. pkalk will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. You must notify pkalk support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pkalk accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
Important: Account Closure
pkalk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Where a closure results from a breach by the player, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
pkalk accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following local mobile banking services. All deposits are credited to your pkalk wallet in BDT with no currency conversion fees applied by pkalk.
- bKash — instant credit to pkalk wallet upon confirmed transaction
- Nagad — instant credit to pkalk wallet upon confirmed transaction
- Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile service) — processing times may vary by transaction volume
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed back to the original deposit method where possible. pkalk aims to complete all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, subject to security checks. The following conditions apply:
- Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawal requests will be declined.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before requirements are met will result in bonus forfeiture.
- pkalk may request KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal over a threshold amount or at any point during an account review.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
pkalk offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in these Terms and any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. Promotional terms are published in English and take effect immediately upon publication.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to a rollover (wagering requirement) before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet the rollover before the bonus expiry window results in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
Bonus Abuse
pkalk actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit low-risk hedging strategies to guarantee withdrawal regardless of game outcome, and colluding with other players to fulfil wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, all associated bonuses, winnings, and account balances may be forfeited and the account suspended.
Expiry
All bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements that remain outstanding after the expiry date are automatically voided. pkalk does not extend expiry periods except at its sole discretion and in exceptional circumstances communicated in writing.
6. Responsible Gaming
pkalk is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all registered players. The platform provides a suite of tools to help players manage their activity: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible at any time from within your pkalk account settings and take effect immediately or within a defined cooling-off period as described in the responsible gaming documentation.
Gambling on pkalk is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. pkalk will enforce this requirement through registration verification and ongoing account monitoring. Players who believe they or someone they know may have a gambling problem are encouraged to make use of the self-exclusion tool and to contact pkalk's 24/7 support team. 7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on pkalk and will result in account suspension and possible forfeiture of all associated funds:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with pkalk games or place bets without human input.
- Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, technical faults, or pricing anomalies in any pkalk game or betting market. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not payable.
- Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any other form of corruption that affects the integrity of a betting market or casino game outcome.
- Using pkalk for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits and withdrawals to conceal the origin of funds.
- Providing false identity information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
pkalk cooperates with relevant authorities where required by applicable law. Suspected fraudulent activity may be referred to law enforcement agencies without prior notice to the player involved.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on pkalk — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the proprietary property of pkalk or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the pkalk platform or its content without express written permission. Unauthorised use of pkalk's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkalk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or technical failures. pkalk's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pkalk makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will operate without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, or third-party service failures (including payment processor downtime) are outside pkalk's direct control. pkalk will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance in advance and to restore service as promptly as possible in the event of an unplanned outage.
10. Amendments to These Terms
pkalk reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the pkalk platform, no less than 7 days before taking effect unless the change is required immediately by law or regulatory direction. Your continued use of pkalk following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using pkalk and may close your account by contacting support.
